Teen Patti Master Guide: Rules, Hand Rankings and Safe APK Setup
Teen Patti is India's favourite three-card table game. This manual explains every hand, every betting action and every menu you will meet in Teen Patti Master, then walks you through a clean APK install and the fixes for the errors players report most. Teen Patti Master at a glance
Teen Patti means “three cards”. Every player gets three face-down cards, bets in turns, and the best hand left when the others fold takes the virtual pot. The rules are short, but the details — when a blind player may bet half, what a side show really does, which sequence beats which — are where beginners lose their chips.

Teen Patti Master APK download guide: install on Android in 8 steps
Android blocks apps from outside Google Play by default. Follow these steps in order. They take about five minutes and keep your phone safe.
Before you download
- An Android phone or tablet. APK files do not install on iPhone or iPad.
- At least 500 MB of free storage and a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection.
- Battery above 30% and Chrome (or your main browser) updated.
- You are 18 or older and playing for entertainment only.
Never install if…
- The file is called .exe, .zip or .bat instead of .apk.
- A pop-up asks you to pay, recharge or withdraw cash.
- Someone on Telegram or WhatsApp sent you the link.
- The app wants SMS, contacts or call-log access for a card game.
- Tap Download APKThe button below opens our download link (/go/), which forwards you to the current APK. Wait until the file name ends in .apk.
- Accept Chrome’s generic warningChrome warns about every APK. If you started from this page, tap Download anyway.
- Allow installs from your browserSettings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps → Chrome → Allow from this source. Menu names vary by brand (Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo). On Android 7 or older, enable “Unknown sources” in Security.
- Open the fileTap the download notification, or open Files → Downloads and tap the .apk file, then tap Install.
- Scan with Play ProtectIf Google Play Protect shows “Scan app”, tap it. If the scan says the app is harmful, stop, delete the file and tell us through the contact page.
- Open the app and grant only what is neededAllow notifications if you want reminders. Deny contacts, SMS and call-log access. A card or board game does not need them.
- Switch the install permission off againReturn to “Install unknown apps” and set Chrome back to Not allowed. Delete the downloaded .apk to free space.
- Update from the same placeWhen a new version is out, come back to this page rather than downloading from third-party sites.
Money ruleIf the app shows a deposit, recharge, bonus-on-top-up or withdraw button, close it. That is an online money game, which is prohibited in India. Free play with virtual coins is the only use this guide supports.

Teen Patti rules and hand rankings
Teen Patti uses one standard 52-card deck. Every player is dealt three cards. Before the deal, each player puts the boot (a small entry stake, here in virtual chips) into the pot. Cards rank Ace (high) down to 2.
Hand order, best to worst

4. Colour (flush)Three cards of one suit that are not in sequence. Highest card decides ties.

5. PairTwo cards of the same rank. Higher pair wins, then the kicker.

Betting actions
- Blind: you play without looking at your cards. A blind player stakes the current bet (or half in some apps).
- Seen: you have looked at your cards. A seen player usually stakes double the current blind amount.
- Chaal: the normal bet to stay in the hand.
- Pack: fold. You lose what you already put in the pot but stop spending.
- Side show: a seen player can ask the previous seen player to compare cards privately. The lower hand folds; on a tie the player who asked loses. The other player may refuse.
- Show: when two players remain, either may ask for the cards to be compared and the better hand wins the pot.

Combinations add up to 22,100, the number of three-card hands in a 52-card deck.
Popular variations
- Joker: one or more cards are wild and stand in for any card.
- Muflis (lowball): the lowest hand wins; sequences and trails rank low.
- AK47: Aces, Kings, 4s and 7s are wild.
- Best of four: you get four cards and make the best three-card hand.
How to play Teen Patti Master: your first session
Six steps from opening the app to leaving on time.
- Open the lobby and choose a tablePick a free table with a boot amount you are comfortable with. Lower boots give longer practice sessions with the same virtual balance.
- Pay the bootThe boot is collected automatically and starts the pot. Nothing else is bet until the deal.
- Decide: stay blind or look at your cardsTap “See cards” to become a seen player. Staying blind keeps your bets smaller but you play without information.
- Bet, raise or pack in turnUse the chaal button to stay in. Raise only with a hand worth defending. Tap Pack the moment your hand is hopeless, because every extra chaal is lost.
- Use side show carefullyAsk for a side show only when you think the previous seen player is weaker. A tie means you lose the comparison.
- Show and collectWhen two remain, press Show. The cards flip, the pot is awarded and the next round starts. Review the history tab to learn from each hand.
Skills and habits that help
Fold weak high-card hands early
Three-quarters of all hands are high card. Staying in with queen-high against raises is the most common beginner leak.
Respect pairs, fear sequences
A pair of eights is already above 80% of random hands. A seen opponent who keeps raising often holds a sequence or better.
Do not chase with blind raises
Playing blind lowers your stake but also hides information. Mix blind rounds into practice only when the pot is small.
Watch timers
Every table has a turn timer. An auto-pack on timeout costs chips, so lower the stakes if your signal is weak.
Treat streaks as noise
Cards are random. Three bad hands in a row do not make the next one better. Take a break instead of raising the stakes.
Teen Patti Master troubleshooting: fixes for the most common problems
Start at the top of the list that matches your symptom. Each fix is ordered from the quickest to the most thorough. Still stuck? Use the contact page.
My cards do not show after I tap See cards
Close and reopen the table. If it persists, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Teen Patti Master → Storage → Clear cache) and rejoin.
Side show button is greyed out
Side show needs you and the previous player to both be seen, and at least three players at the table. It is also disabled at some tables.
Chips balance did not update after a round
Pull to refresh in the lobby or switch network. Balances sync after the round finishes; do not force-close during a Show.
I was auto-packed
Your turn timer ran out or the connection dropped. Move to a stronger network, disable battery saver for the app, and try a lower-stake table.
“App not installed” appears
Common causes: not enough storage, an older version with a different signature already installed, or a corrupted download.
- Free at least 500 MB.
- Uninstall the old version, restart the phone and install again.
- Delete the .apk and download it again on a stable connection.
“There was a problem parsing the package”
The file is incomplete or your Android version is too old.
- Re-download on Wi-Fi.
- Check Settings → About phone for your Android version and compare with the requirements on the download page.
Download stuck or fails at 99%
- Turn off Data Saver and any VPN.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Clear Chrome cache, then try again from the Download button.
Blocked by Play Protect
Play Protect checks every sideloaded app. Choose “Scan app”. If the scan completes with no warning, you can continue. If it flags the app as harmful, delete it. Do not switch Play Protect off permanently.
Installed but crashes on open
- Restart the phone and free RAM by closing other apps.
- Update Android System WebView and Google Play services from the Play Store.
- Clear the app cache and storage, then reinstall the latest APK from this page.
OTP or verification code does not arrive
- Check signal and Do Not Disturb.
- Wait 60 seconds before asking again. Repeated requests can lock you out.
- Never share your OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be support.
Game lags, freezes or disconnects
- Move closer to your router or switch networks.
- Turn off battery saver for the app.
- Lower graphics or animations in settings.
- Close background apps and avoid VPNs.
Black or white screen on launch
Usually a web-view problem. Update Android System WebView, turn off “Force dark mode”, restart and reopen. If it persists, reinstall.
Account or password problems
Use only the in-app recovery. Real support never asks for your password, OTP or money. Be wary of “support” accounts on social media.
Fast universal fixRestart the phone, check storage, update Android System WebView, clear the app cache, then reinstall the latest APK from this page.
Teen Patti Master VIP strategy: a free progression plan
Many Teen Patti apps show a VIP or Club ladder that rises with activity. The healthy way to use it is the free path: daily check-ins, missions, events and friendly rooms. None of it needs a purchase.
- Day 1: finish the tutorial and profileTutorials often pay a one-time chip bonus. Set a nickname and avatar so friends can find you.
- Days 2-7: a 10-minute daily routineClaim the daily bonus, complete the three easiest missions, and play two low-boot tables. Stop when the missions are done.
- Weekly: events and leaderboardsFree-entry events rotate. Pick one, set a chip budget and finish it instead of chasing every event.
- Monthly: review your VIP levelIf a tier asks for recharge or deposit totals, ignore it. You are playing for entertainment, not for status.
Skip these
- Anyone offering to “upgrade your VIP” for money, on Telegram, WhatsApp or in-app chat. This is a common scam.
- Any task that needs you to top up, buy coins to withdraw, or invite strangers for cash.
- Sharing your login or OTP for a promised bonus.
“VIP” here means loyalty levels earned with play time and free missions. No level, badge or avatar is worth spending money on.

What the law says
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 came into force on 1 May 2026. The Act prohibits online money games, whether based on chance, skill or both, and prohibits advertising and facilitating them. It supports e-sports and online social games, which are played for entertainment, recreation or learning.
Offering or facilitating an online money game can be punished with up to three years’ imprisonment or a fine of up to ₹1 crore; advertising one with up to two years or ₹50 lakh. Banks and payment providers are barred from handling related payments.

Is Teen Patti Master free to play?
This guide only covers free play with virtual chips for entertainment. If any screen asks you to recharge, deposit or withdraw cash, leave it alone: that is an online money game and is prohibited in India.
What beats what in Teen Patti?
Trail, pure sequence, sequence, colour, pair, high card, in that order. See the rules section for examples and odds.
What is the difference between blind and seen?
A blind player has not looked at their cards and bets the base amount. A seen player has looked and bets double. You can switch from blind to seen at any time on your turn.
Can I play Teen Patti Master on iPhone?
APK files are for Android only. iPhone users should only use apps from the Apple App Store.
Why does my phone say the APK is unsafe?
Android warns about every app installed outside Google Play. Read the install section, scan the file with Play Protect, and delete it if the scan flags it.
